The terms and conditions of use of this website are governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute regarding this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
- If you are unable to attend the event you are welcome to send a substitute at no additional charge. We would be grateful for as much notice of the substitution as possible.
- If you notify us that you are no longer able to attend an event at least 14 days prior to the event then you may choose between (a) transferring onto an equivalent course; or (b) receiving a refund of your fee.
- If you notify us that you are no longer able to attend an event between 7 and 14 days prior to the event then you may choose between (a) transferring onto an equivalent course; or (b) receiving a 50% refund of the fee (if you have not settled your invoice prior to notifying us that you can no longer attend then we will cancel your original invoice and issue a new invoice for 50% of the fee).
- No refund will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the event. Any outstanding invoices will have to be paid in full.
