CEO - SADSA

This is an opportunity to take an established service and make it the go-to provider of care and respite in South Ayrshire.

We are looking for a CEO with a sound business approach combined with empathy and understanding that working with vulnerable people requires.  We need a focused and driven individual that is prepared to take this long-established charity and develop its commercial opportunities and strategy, for the benefit of those living with dementia.

You should be comfortable working with partners across all sectors, building relationships and networks.  You should look to exploring, creating and sustaining potential income streams, offering service provision in a creative and innovative way, maximising opportunities to secure greater sustainability.

You should very much be a “people person” managing and motivating staff and volunteers whose commitment to the service is key.

We are a long established Third Sector group who deliver high quality care and respite for dementia sufferers and their carers across South Ayrshire. Historically we have been funded by local authority service level agreements but now are looking toward income generation through a more proactive business approach.

If you feel you have the necessary skills and have experience of managing and delivering services we want to hear from you.
