We are delighted to introduce two new faces to LAW’s training and HR projects teams.
Following the retirement of Ian Watson, we have recruited a new EL and HR Training Service Manager, Lorna Gemmell. A qualified solicitor with 10 years’ experience, Lorna joins us from MacRoberts Solicitors where she latterly headed up their employment practice’s training and events programme. Lorna brings with her a wealth of experience of delivering innovative and bespoke public and in-house training.
We are also excited to unveil our new HR Projects Manager, Stephanie Harper. Stephanie joins us from the Dunedin Canmore Group where she led their HR function. With over two decades of experience in HR, including delivering HR projects to a variety of external stakeholders, Stephanie will expand LAW’s capacity to deliver HR project support to all of our clients, regardless of size and across all sectors.
Both Stephanie and Lorna are looking forward to meeting with the clients and contacts of LAW over the next few months. If you would like to meet with either (or both) to discuss your organisation’s training and/or HR projects requirements before that, they would be delighted to hear from you.
Both will be attending our next Focus on session on cutting the cost of absence to be held in Glasgow on 20th May and Edinburgh on 21st May. These popular interactive session will give delegates the tools to tackle unacceptable attendance issues.
