Just how wild was your Christmas party??

Just how wild was your Christmas party??

As staff return from the festive break, some will slouch back more reluctantly than others.  At LAW, we are used to facing the January calls from disgruntled employers whose staff have behaved less than impeccably at company functions in the run-up to Christmas.

Fighting, arrests and unwanted attentions are all par for the course in January advice calls.  Few Christmas parties, however, can compare with the bash held at the Honduran embassy in Colombia over the festive period http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-latin-america-20930552 .  At LAW, we have seen employees being forced to apologise to colleagues for their bad behaviour, but to have to apologise to two entire nations, now that takes some beating!
