Last night LAW clients were treated to a truly inspirational insight into high level performance from Para Rowing star, Naomi Riches, MBE.

As World Champion in Great Britain’s Mixed Coxed Four at the London Paralympics, Naomi certainly did not find herself up the creek without a paddle.  The successful joint partnership evening was held together with Thomas International and saw their Regional Sales Director, Paul Lillywhite provide an overview of management tools to help improve employees and teams self-awareness and performance.   Lorna Gemmell, LAW’s Training Manger then provided an overview of the clear steps that are required before a fair capability dismissal can take place for those unfortunate situations when all else fails.

Should any organisation require in house training on “Tackling under performance” then please contact Lorna Gemmell  or Stephanie Harper for HR projects on strategies for dealing with under performers including coaching and embedding effective appraisal systems.
