Bad santa banned from work after groping elf

A US shopping mall Santa will be adding his own name to the naughty list after being arrested for pinching the behind of a teenage elf.

In a move more reminiscent of Father Jack on an eggnog binge than jolly Father Christmas, the Santa allegedly groped his 18 year old colleague and told her he wished he was younger.

Unsurprisingly, the police were ho ho ho-rrified by the bad Santa’s behaviour and charged him with indecent assault. The Santa was employed to bring festive cheer to shoppers in Hanover Mall, Boston, but, during an interim hearing, was banned from Santa-work for the duration of the case. In an ironic twist, the naughty St Nick is due in court on Christmas Eve; however, there is unlikely to be a Miracle on 34th St ending to this sorry tale!
