Mock Tribunal - Edinburgh

19 November 2020 — 12:30 to 17:30
Employment Law & HR
Eva Green is a successful account manager for a major PR agency, with a number of high profile clients working in the fossil fuel sector. When Eva is arrested for taking direct action at an extinction rebellion protest, the resultant publicity results in her employer terminating her employment and Eva raising a claim at an Employment Tribunal. Will the Tribunal find that the employer was entitled to protect its reputation, or has it overreacted?

This thought provoking and entertaining event will provide expert insight into what it is really like to give evidence at an Employment Tribunal. It will get under the skin of how management decisions, and the way they are interpreted, can result in claims.

This is a must attend event for line managers of any level seeking to improve their knowledge of the tribunal process.

This event includes a light lunch on arrival and a drinks reception to close, if you have any dietary requirements please do not hesitate to get in touch on 0141 271 5578
