Lee Craig

Senior Health & Safety Manager | Glasgow
Lee worked in local government in the Civil Contingency Planning field before moving into health and safety in 2003. In her safety role, she was responsible for developing, implementing and delivering health and safety policies - including consultation with trade union representatives. Lee moved to consultancy in 2012, where she supported a portfolio of clients in retail, care, warehousing, hospitality and leisure. A Chartered Member of IOSH with a PgC in Safety and Risk Management, she has a wealth of experience including crisis management and business continuity; corporate risk management; construction, work related stress, lone working; violence at work and asbestos management.

Peter Bleeze

Health & Safety Manager | London
Peter is an experienced training and development safety consultant. He has a huge range of knowledge and experience, having worked in a Manufacturing Environment. NEBOSH Diploma qualified, a Chartered Member of IOSH and an HSE OSHCR registered consultant. He enjoys being a lead trainer in delivering both IOSH and NEBOSH training courses. Peter joined Law At Work in 2020

Michelle Sneyd

Health & Safety Manager | Edinburgh
Michelle began her career in health and safety in 1993 with roles in manufacturing & engineering, where she specialised in hazardous substances. In 2000, Michelle extended her role into wider risk management areas including construction, fire safety, and Legionella management. A Chartered Member of IOSH with an MSc in Risk Management & Safety Technology, she has a wealth of experience across a range of sectors, including agriculture & care. Her specialisms include CoSHH, technical fire safety, construction, lone working and violence at work.

Elaine Masson

Lead HR Consultant | Aberdeen
Elaine is an experienced HR consultant with a proven track record in delivering engaging and cost effective mental health awareness training to clients. Elaine’s career history reflects substantial experience in employment law and people management practice, with HR roles across local government, a major food retailer, oil service company and a large accountancy firm. Through her interest in employee wellbeing, Elaine has developed mental health awareness training for clients and is a recognized Scottish Mental Health First Aid trainer. Elaine is a Chartered Fellow of the C.I.P.D and a registered workplace mediator.

Mark Girvan

Health and Safety Manager | Glasgow
Mark, a former soldier and international security operative before moving in to a health and safety role in 2015. In his safety career he has experience working with a large and prestigious country estate, was the health and safety manager within a custodial facility as well as spending several years in a consultant’s role. NEBOSH diploma qualified Mark is an enthusiastic safety practitioner and is interested in all aspects of safety and security.

Sean Harkins

Health and Safety Manager | Glasgow
Sean began his career within the construction environment before moving into a full-time health and safety role within the consultancy sector. He developed into a regional health and safety advisor role and gained extensive experience in a variety of industries such as manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, leisure/sports clubs, schools, care sector, farming, veterinary, clinical, hospitality, retail and others. Sean progressed into the role of national manager of the health and safety regional team and assumed additional responsibility managing corporate and high-risk clients. Sean joined the Health and Safety team at LAW in 2021 and is currently working towards Chartered Membership of IOSH and IIRSM.

Trevor Cooke

SHEQ Manager | Aberdeen
Masters degree (MSc) educated Senior Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality Professional. A high commercial acumen completed by first class strategic and operational experience with a high level of knowledge in drafting, implementing and managing world class QMS/EHS and HR programmes. Trevor’s QHSE career started 25 years ago and as a unit safety officer in the military since his start he has had a successful career within industry at all levels of management and leadership with his last role as the International QHSE Director of a US Multi-Billion dollar corporation. A military trained mechanical engineer and certified ISO lead auditor with experience of leading and participating in global QHSE audit programmes. Trevor has a vast level experience of delivering QHSE programmes successful within either standalone businesses or multi-site international businesses within high-end manufacturing operations and including oil & gas, aerospace, communications, transport and logistics, retail and charities sectors. Trevor has extensive international experience within global operations including Europe, the USA, Middle East and African continents.
