Employment Law

Advisory Service

Our unlimited advisory service gives you access to an employment lawyer 24/7, 365 days a year.  We're available by phone, email, Live Chat, Skype, and in person.  Our support ranges from day-to-day HR queries through to senior exits, discrimination, whistleblowing and TUPE.

A dedicated employment lawyer for every client

Your lawyer will meet with you at the outset of the relationship, and regularly thereafter, ensuring they are fully familiar with your business and its specific challenges.  You will have the direct contact number for your lawyer. And if they are out of the office, any ongoing issues will be passed to an equally qualified colleague, so you don't have to wait for a response.

Access to the wider legal team

You and your team will have access to the full legal team through a direct advice line number meaning that, even in the absence of your dedicated lawyer, you will be able to access advice at any time.  Our lawyers work collaboratively, giving you the combined expertise of a large and experienced employment team.

Unlimited support

Our service is truly unlimited.  It covers support with all employment law and employee relations issues, up to the point a tribunal claim is raised.  Our service even includes drafting settlement agreements, and dealing with employee representatives in negotiated exits.  There are no hidden costs for dealing with complex or time consuming issues.

You decide who can access the service

You control who can access the advice line.  Just let us know if you want to add or remove access to the advisory service.  We can provide customised management information on the use of our support by your team, and target common topics with training.

Commercial solutions

We know you sometimes need to make a commercial decision, as opposed to adhering to the strict letter of the law.  Our legal experts analyse the risks to your business, and work with you to deliver the result you need.  We'll get you to the desired outcome as safely, and quickly, as possible.
