Since 1997, solicitor Donald MacKinnon has specialised in employment law, an area he firmly believes has a major contribution to make to business life.

Donald's time as a solicitor has seen him move from advising on crofting matters in the Highlands of Scotland to working for a law centre in one of Glasgow's most deprived areas.

This breadth of experience allows Donald to understand and tackle problems affecting all kinds and sizes of employers, from small retail operations to large multinationals, across all areas of industry, including the public sector.

Donald leads a team of solicitors and HR specialists who are dedicated to providing the highest standards of service to Law at Work clients. The team's work includes drafting contracts, providing clear and concise advice, and advocacy before employment tribunals.
