Greg Fletcher

Greg came to Scotland for one year in 2001, and never left.  He quickly discovered that people are people, and dealing with workplace issues in Scotland was similar to his human resources experience in America.  

He designed, launched and managed a high volume recruitment centre for a large UK financial service company recruiting 3000 employees a year, and assessing over 25,000.  His extensive experience designing and delivering complex HR projects includes everything from job design and psychometric assessment to induction and managing graduate programmes.  

With a Masters Degree in Personnel and Human Resource Management, and 15 years of HR experience in the retail, financial services and the charity sectors, he decided to return to university to complete his LLB and post graduate diploma.   

Greg is interested in finding HR and legal solutions that are practical and tailored to client needs.
