Mock Tribunal

Bob Smith is a less than perfect employee. With sexist emails, abusive comments on Facebook and worse, Bob's employer has had enough and he is very swiftly an ex-employee. But Bob's a fighter and is challenging his sacking at an employment tribunal.

The issue is finely balanced - will the tribunal side with Bob or his employer? What lessons is Bob's employer going to learn from the experience?  

These interactive events are designed for directors and senior managers.  The tribunals are always popular and over-subscribed, so early booking is advised.  

Light refreshments and networking opportunities will be available half an hour before the advertised time.  While the panel are making a decision on the tribunal, a buffet will be available.
