    We regularly deliver an wide variety of HR consultancy support, including job evaluation, equal pay audits, and total reward support.  We also regularly work with clients on recruitment, selection, retention, and appraisal. Other areas include work around managing absence and carrying out disciplinary and grievance investigations.

We’ve a very small HR department given the size of our workforce, and we need – and get – advice that’s expressed clearly and simply, and geared to our commercial aims.
