Booking conditions
Booking Conditions:
Thank you for your booking on our training course programme. We look forward to greeting you at the event(s) you have chosen to attend.
Should you be unable to attend in person and wish to substitute another of your colleagues on the course(s) we will be happy to accommodate your request at no charge.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another event in our current programme, no charge will be made (unless the transfer request is received by us less than 5 working days before the original event booked, when no refund of fees can unfortunately be made). We would be grateful for as much notice of a transfer as possible.
If you wish to cancel your booking the following terms will apply:
- Cancellation up to 10 working days before the event: NO CHARGE
- Cancellation between 10 and 5 working days before the event: a refund, subject to an administration charge of 20% of the delegate fee, will be made
- Cancellation within 5 working days of the event: no refund of delegate fees can be made
